NANGOMA UPND member of parliament Collins Nzovu says there is need for the country to have a good political atmosphere in order to attract investments.
And Nzovu says opposition members are inviting arrests by deliberately offending the law.
Several opposition leaders have in the recent past been arrested or warned and cautioned for various offences among them Socialist Party leader Dr Fred M’membe, PF faction vice-president Given Lubinda and his Secretary General Rapheal Nakacinda, among others.
But in an interview, Nzovu, who is also Minister of Green Economy and Environment said people who offend the law need to be arrested…
