‘Parliament Drags Lubinda to the DPP for possible prosecution’
Reports indicate that Parliament through its committee on Privileges and Absences this morning resolved to drag PF Acting President, Given Lubinda to the Director of Public Prosections for possible prosecution.
This is in the wake of Hon. Lubinda’s remarks that, Speaker, Nelly Mutti was offside to stop the 9 PF MPs whose seats had been nullified by the High Court and whose judgement they had appealed to the Constitutional Court.
It is interesting to see how the DPP will handle the matter since the Constitutional Court has already ruled that Nelly Mutti was indeed offside to chase the 9 MPs from Parliament.
