PF HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE 72 VEHICLES
Lusaka-Friday, 3rd March 2023
Following reports of the alleged seizure of 72 private motor vehcles by the Joint Police Investigations Team(JIT), some social-media reports and online newspapers have speculated that the vehicles belong to the Patriotic Front party.
Following preliminary inquiry on details of the vehicles from our members we can confidently state that this discovery has nothing to do with the Patriotic Front.
However, it is public knowledge that the Party is on record challenging the seizure of its vehicles in Lusaka and those seized from provinces and has laid a legal challenge in the courts of law to such seizures of its assets.
