The Zambia police service has written the Ministry of Mines on the ongoing investigations about the alleged fraudulent acquisition of the mines which Anglo American purchased at $14.5 million.
And the suspected fraudsters are said to enjoy the protection of State House, which is said to be heavily compromised on the matter.

Fraudulent what? Anglo-American Corporation is a large mining company with a traceable address and known spokesperson on the Internet. If you cannot contact them for their side of the story, why should your story be taken seriously?
