PRESIDENT HICHILEMA’S STATE HAS BLOODIED OUR DEMOCRACY

State institutions in a democratic state derive their power and legitimacy from instruments of democracy such as laws enshrined in the Constitution and statutes.
1. How then can state institutions that respond to the whims of the executive and act in a biased manner that assaults the basic tenets of democracy claim legitimacy?
2. How can this Zambia Police Service safeguard our nations democracy when they are in the fore of raping it?
3. How can this Zambia police blatantly occupy the premises of a private club when no court order has been issued to that effect?
The conduct of the Zambia police (ZP), registrar of societies (RoS) and national assembly (NA) in the PF saga shows that collectively they can ASSAULT our democracy at WILL so long it advances their interests.
President Hakainde Hichilema’s State has no regard for democracy and only invokes it when it favours them or want to push their personal agenda. To them Democracy is to bend to their personal will.
Every right thinking democracy loving citizen must be very worried about the conduct of the police and it’s sister institutions, next it will be you or me.

Police can arrest anyone who they think is acting unlawfully just your PF is behaving. Why are you focusing on individuals and not on the law that has been broken? STUPID IDIOT.
