Roman Abramovich is set to lose ownership of Chelsea to new owners, as the club has since been put up for sale.

The Russian has fallen in love with football so much, and still wants to remain in touch with the game.

After 19 years as Chelsea owner, Abramovich​ looks set to remain in football for the foreseeable future.

According to Turkish media via Twitter user @ragipsoylu, Abramovich​ has purchased Turkish side Goztepe FC.

The report adds that an announcement is expected on Friday.

Abramovich’s new club are currently 18th in the Super Lig and are in a relegation battle having accumulated just 27 points so far this season.
