COURT HEARS HOW MAN INTRODUCED JUVENILE TO PROSTITUTION

A 16 year old juvenile of George Compound has narrated how she was sexually assaulted and introduced to prostitution by a 30 year old man of Matero Compound identified as Vincent Mulenga commonly known as ‘Dessai Mafia.’
This is in a matter in which Vincent Mulenga stands charged with five counts of abduction, indecent assault and defilement of three girls.
When testifying before Magistrate, Ntandose Chabale, one of the juveniles revealed that sometime last year herself and a friend who is also a juvenile met the accused at his house in Dessai within the premises were they were playing.
She says whilst there Mulenga is alleged to have enticed them to take a local alcohol known as Lusaka Beer which he allegedly mixed with some drugs.
According to the juvenile the said drug made her to become unconscious after which, the accused defiled her.
