SEAN TEMBO SHOCKED BY CDF RELEASE OF K650,000 INSTEAD OF K25.7M
It is shocking to note that out of the K25.7 million constituency development fund budget per constituency, only K630,000 has so far been allocated to each constituency.
Remember that this is the money that is supposed to be partially used to supplement the provision of free education.
The new dawn administration wanted us to clap for them for a mere promise of K25.7 million per constituency. For us we told them that we shall clap when they disburse that cash to constituencies, and we have been proven right.
It is evident that Bally is in the business of talking big and delivering nothing. He is too eager to get applause, and yet he lacks the capacity to deliver anything worthy of applause.
May God have mercy on us.
