“Self Confessed Rapist” Arrested By The Police After Commenting On Pamela Chisupa’s Disappearance.
Chipo Matongo is currently at Woodlands Police Station in Lusaka following his comment on a Facebook Post, “We shall just rape her” involving Pamela Chisupa, a mobile money agent, who is still missing after being abducted by unknown people on the 13th of April.
