Former PF Member of Parliament Stephen Masumba has crumbled in primaries for Mufumbwe Constituency under the UPND after a colorful defection event to the opposition party.
Masumba defected from PF to UPND claiming he was small body but big engine parading himself as a significant force.
However, UPND allowed him to test waters by way of taking part in adoption primaries for Mufumbwe Constituency.
He came a distance second in an election won by Emmanuel Samapindi who won with a landslide.
Masumba was once jailed for forgery of NIPA results.
