THE ECONOMY IS TOO DRY THERE’S NEED FOR THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE TO SHAKE THINGS UP.

It remains an undisputable fact that government awards more contracts to companies both those supplying and those enganged in contractual works such as construction and others services.

The economy therefore becomes alive everytime government pays suppliers and contractors as compared to when mining and other companies does the same. When money is scarce as the case is at the moment it requires the Ministry of Finance and National Planning, #mofnp, Lusaka-Zambia to shake things up by paying suppliers and contractors because the said companies will in turn pay for goods they would have gotten on credit, they will pay their workers who will in turn pay bills and buy home essentials.Thats how you make the economy liquid.

At the moment things dont look good at all every one you meet today is complaining of the scarcity of money in circulation now this situation should not and cannot be left unattended to for a long time.

The Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development-Zambia should also be fast in approving CDF projects being proposed by constituencies so that we create more activities since CDF money is already available in our accounts.

Let me repeat that the economy is too dry and this situation is not normal at all. Please let us consider esp our own local suppliers. Some companies have told me that they have even failed to pay their workers for months because govt has not paid them.

I come in peace.
