Speaking at the event, PF Kabushi aspiring Member of Parliament Bowman Lusambo said the signed accord is also in honor of late first president Dr. Kenneth Kaunda who preached and unity.

Mr. Lusambo said despite being in a competition, there is need to campaign on party manifestos and not engage in political violence, stating that the two parties have a relationship beyond politics.

And UNPD Ndola Central aspiring candidate Frank Tayali has advised all aspiring candidates in the district to desist from instructing their followers to engage in political violence.
