Years since Second Republic President Dr. Frederick Jacob Titis Chiluba died.
Vice President, Hon. Inonge Wina Is officiating as guest of honor at the 10th Memorial Anniversary of the late Former President at embassy park.
Madam Wina was received by Deputy Secretary to Cabinet, Patrick Kangwa, former Minister Raphael Nakchinda, Lusaka Province Permanent Secretary, Elias Kamanga, Zambia’s Ambassador to Ethiopia, and Permanent Representatives to the African Union, Emmanuel Mwamba, who is the former Spokesperson of Dr Chiluba and family members.
