John, you are on the right track as you already know. Continue head-hunting for people with above average IQ(>100) not necessarily with grade 12 academic attainment, to form a ” think-tank type” of rescue leadership for Zambia. You have Shishiwa,Kabimba, etc already.
It’s only with the ecumenical approach to governance that Zambia could start to develop.
