The right thing the Eiectrol Commission would have done was to have canceled the elections when the two candidates resigned especially in view that the con court ruled that Hon Lusambo and Hon Malanji were eligible, this was possible, even with the stay by the high court the Commission would have just been waiting for the outcome of the court to announce fresh nominations.
