ZESCO fails to produce minutes for meeting where Board was paid K474,000 allowance
THE Committee on Parastatal Bodies has heard that Zesco United Football Club Board of Directors received sitting allowances totalling K474,500, but that minutes to justify the payments have not been found.
And the Committee has heard that Zesco United has been operating without a Board Charter since 2014.
