VP JD Vance: U.S. Has Achieved “Most” Possibly “All” — Military Objectives in Iran; Operations to Continue Briefly Before “We’re Out of There Soon”

Breaking News : VP JD Vance: U.S. Has Achieved “Most” Possibly “All” — Military Objectives in Iran; Operations to Continue Briefly Before “We’re Out of There Soon”

In a candid interview released Friday with conservative podcaster Benny Johnson, U.S. Vice President JD Vance stated that Washington has already accomplished the “gross majority” of its military objectives against Iran, adding that one could make a strong argument that “all” objectives have now been met.

Vance emphasized that President Donald Trump will maintain operations “for a little while longer” to ensure Iran is neutralized for the long term preventing any rapid rebuilding of nuclear capabilities or regional threats but made clear the U.S. has **no intention of a prolonged presence.

“We’re taking care of business. We’re going to be out of there soon,” Vance said. “We are not interested in being in Iran a year down the road or two years down the road.” He also noted that gas and fuel prices, temporarily impacted by the conflict, are expected to decline once the mission concludes.

Iran-linked hackers hacked FBI Director Kash Patel’s personal email and leaked photos and documents online

0

The war between Iran and the USA/Israel continues for the 28th consecutive day, but this time, it is shifting from the battlefield to mind games and trash-talking.

According to a report, Iran-linked hackers have hacked FBI Director Kash Patel’s personal email.

This news comes as a surprise to many because, as an FBI director like Kash, he is expected to have adequate security on all his devices to protect America and himself, but unfortunately, he doesn’t.

After the hackers were done, they leaked his important emails and photos that have attracted massive backlash.

Now, most Americans are wondering if Kash Patel actually qualifies to rise through the ranks of the Federal Bureau of Investigation to be a Director.

The report suggests the hackers are somehow linked to Iran, but their real identity is unknown as of now because all traces have been covered.

Below are the three categorisations of Kash Patel’s photos and information released by the hackers.

The most circulated image is the one in which Patel was captured smoking, and some others in which he was drinking.

Senegal parade AFCON trophy at Stade De France

Senegal on Saturday, March 28, paraded the Africa Cup of Nations trophy they have been ordered to return, ahead of a friendly match against Peru at the Stade de France.

The move follows a decision by the Confederation of African Football to overturn Senegal’s 1-0 victory over Morocco in the final and instead award a 3-0 win to the hosts. Before kickoff, Senegal captain Kalidou Coulibaly and his teammates carried out a lap of honour with the trophy, following a pre-match performance by Youssou Ndour.

Coulibaly and goalkeeper Edouard Mendy later placed the trophy in the presidential box in front of officials including the Senegalese Football Federation president.

The original final in Rabat ended in controversy after Senegal players briefly walked off the pitch in protest over a late penalty decision. Captain Sadio Mane eventually led them back, and after Morocco missed the penalty, Senegal secured victory through Pape Gueye’s extra-time goal.

However, CAF ruled that the walk-off breached tournament regulations, leading to the reversal of the result.

Senegal have appealed the decision to the Court of Arbitration for Sport and continue to contest the ruling. Thousands of fans gathered in Paris ahead of the match, with supporters marching through Saint-Denis with drums and chants before filling the stadium.

“You are the pride of the residents of working-class neighbourhoods… Today, Africa is united. Everyone behind Senegal,” said Saint-Denis mayor Bally Bagayoko. The friendly marks Senegal’s first match since the AFCON final as they prepare for the upcoming World Cup.

Kanye West music video features Michael Jackson impersonator

Kanye West has released a new music video for his track “FATHER” from the album BULLY, featuring a striking visual appearance that caught fans’ attention.

The video, directed by his wife Bianca Censori, includes a mix of unusual imagery, from a knight on horseback to astronauts, alongside a cameo from Travis Scott.

However, the standout moment for many viewers was the appearance of a figure resembling Michael Jackson, seated in a church scene wearing an all-white suit. The lookalike remains still for much of the video before joining a wedding-style procession, sparking speculation online that artificial intelligence may have been used.

It was later confirmed that the figure is actually Fabio Jackson, a well-known impersonator recognised for closely replicating Jackson’s appearance and style. Fans have reacted positively to both the video and the track, with many suggesting the release marks a strong return for West following a period of controversy.

The rapper is also set to perform at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles as part of his upcoming tour, though it remains unclear whether the impersonator will feature in live performances.

Princess Beatrice ‘thinking of move to US to get away from parents’ Epstein scandal’

Princess Beatrice is reportedly considering relocating to the United States with her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi amid ongoing scrutiny surrounding her father, Prince Andrew, and his links to Jeffrey Epstein.

According to reports, Beatrice and her sister Princess Eugenie are said to be “mortified” by the continuing fallout from the scandal, despite no evidence of wrongdoing on their part.

A source suggested that remaining in the UK could leave Beatrice exposed to further public attention as new details emerge, making a move abroad an appealing option. The insider said a relocation could offer a “fresh start,” with comparisons drawn to Prince Harry, who moved to the US in recent years.

Princess Beatrice and husband ?thinking of move to US to get away from parents? Epstein scandal?

The report also noted that Mozzi has growing business interests in the US, particularly in cities like Los Angeles and Miami, where his design company Banda has been expanding. “A move to the United States would certainly seem obvious for them… Edo spends a lot of time there so I can easily see them moving there,” the source said.

The couple, who share two daughters, have kept a relatively low public profile since renewed attention on the Epstein case and its links to members of the royal family. Meanwhile, Beatrice’s mother, Sarah Ferguson, has also faced criticism, including the removal of an honorary title following reports of her past association with Epstein.

The situation has intensified pressure on the family, with reports suggesting the couple are now weighing their long-term future outside the UK.

French police have foiled a suspected bomb attack outside a Bank of America branch in Paris

French police have foiled a suspected bomb attack outside a Bank of America branch in Paris, arresting a man allegedly preparing to detonate a homemade explosive device.

The incident occurred in the city’s 8th arrondissement, near the Champs-Élysées, at around 3:30am local time.

According to sources close to the investigation, officers intervened just after the suspect placed a device consisting of a container filled with liquid believed to be fuel and an ignition system.

France’s counter-terrorism prosecutor confirmed the suspect is in custody and said the case is being investigated as “attempted damage by fire or other dangerous means in connection with a terrorist undertaking” and “terrorist criminal conspiracy.”

The investigation involves both the Paris judicial police and the General Directorate for Internal Security. Interior Minister Laurent Nunez praised the swift police response.

“Well done to the rapid response team… whose actions thwarted a violent terrorist attack in Paris last night,” he said. “Vigilance remains at a higher level than ever. I congratulate all the security and intelligence forces, who are fully mobilised under my authority in the current international context.”

Authorities said the suspect was caught in the act, while a second individual reportedly fled the scene and remains at large. The device has since been secured and handed over to forensic experts for further analysis as investigations contin

WAR SHOCK: US ‘READY TO SNATCH WEAPONS FROM UKRAINE’ FOR IRAN FIGHT

Washington is reportedly eyeing a dramatic switch diverting arms meant for Kyiv to fuel its intensifying war with Tehran, as hinted by Marco Rubio.

Behind the scenes, the move signals a growing squeeze on US military stockpiles, with officials weighing brutal trade-offs between two major conflicts.

For Ukraine, it’s a worrying twist raising fears that vital air defence supplies could be scaled back just as Russian pressure mounts.

And for Volodymyr Zelenskyy?

This could mark yet another blow in an already punishing year.

SENATE SHAKE-UP: Democrats Surge as GOP Strongholds Wobble in 2026 Race Forecast

SENATE SHAKE-UP: Democrats Surge as GOP Strongholds Wobble in 2026 Race Forecast

A dramatic new forecast for the 2026 U.S. Senate race suggests a shifting political battlefield, with Democrats gaining momentum in key battleground states while some traditional Republican strongholds show signs of vulnerability.

According to the latest projections, Democrats are leading in several crucial races expected to determine control of the Senate. North Carolina and Maine are both tipped for a potential “flip,” with Democrats holding commanding leads of 81% and 74% respectively. Georgia and Michigan are also leaning heavily blue, each hitting new highs at 82%, reinforcing the party’s growing dominance in these states.

One of the tightest contests is unfolding in Alaska, where Democrat Mary Peltola narrowly edges Republican Dan Sullivan, while Ohio remains on a knife-edge with Democrats slightly ahead. Meanwhile, New Hampshire and Minnesota appear safely in Democratic hands.

However, Republicans are far from out of the fight. Florida remains a firm red bastion with an 87% Republican advantage, while Iowa and Nebraska also lean comfortably conservative. Texas, long considered a GOP stronghold, is showing cracks Republicans hold a slim 54% edge, their lowest yet, with Democrats closing in.

The projections paint a picture of an increasingly competitive and unpredictable Senate map, where control of Congress could hinge on a handful of razor-tight races. With more than a year to go, the battle lines are already being drawn and the stakes could not be higher.

Newsom torches Trump’s “OnlyFarms” website with brutal Epstein callout

BREAKING: Newsom torches Trump’s “OnlyFarms” website with brutal Epstein callout

California Governor Gavin Newsom wasted no time tearing apart the Trump administration’s newly launched “OnlyFarms” website, a government agriculture page that borrowed its name and branding directly from the adult content platform OnlyFans.

Within hours of the site going live, Newsom took to X to call out the absurdity of the rollout, pointing out that the White House had devoted its energy to launching what he called a “parody porn website” instead of addressing the skyrocketing costs hitting American households.

Newsom then went further, connecting the site’s adult-themed branding to Trump’s history of scandal. “Is anyone surprised the sexual abuser president who protects Jeffrey Epstein just launched a porn-inspired government website?” he wrote.

The rollout itself was a spectacle. Trump addressed roughly 800 farmers on the South Lawn alongside a gold-painted tractor, which he praised enthusiastically during the event. The administration framed “OnlyFarms” as a showcase of policy wins for the agricultural sector.

But the backdrop told a different story. The ongoing conflict with Iran has sent diesel prices surging and pushed fertilizer costs up as much as 40 percent. Disruptions to shipping routes through the Strait of Hormuz have left some farmers questioning whether they can afford to plant this season at all. Critics also note that existing farm subsidies disproportionately benefit the wealthiest agricultural operations, with the top ten percent of farms collecting more than half of all available aid.

Even some Republicans pushed back on the branding. Kentucky Rep. Thomas Massie, a frequent Trump critic within the party, called the site a misuse of taxpayer money and suggested the administration focus on accountability around Epstein’s associates instead.

US-Israel Hammer Iran’s Missile Factories Near Tehran – Explosions Light Up the Night Sky

US-Israel Hammer Iran’s Missile Factories Near Tehran – Explosions Light Up the Night Sky

Derrick Evans just dropped raw video of massive blasts rocking the Parchin military complex southeast of Tehran. The sky lights up with red-orange fireballs and thick smoke as precision strikes slam into key Iranian weapons sites.

Parchin isn’t some random target. It’s a core hub for Iran’s ballistic missile engines, explosive warheads, air defense systems, and components tied to their solid-fuel rocket program – the same arsenal the mullahs use to threaten Israel and arm terror proxies across the region.

This fits right into the ongoing US-Israeli campaign that kicked off February 28, 2026. The goal is clear: smash Iran’s nuclear ambitions, gut their missile production, and hit the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps hard before they can rebuild or lash out again.

Over two-thirds of Iran’s missile, drone, and naval facilities have already been taken out. Multiple waves of jets have pounded production lines, storage sites, and underground bunkers at Parchin in recent weeks.

The regime has spent years fortifying these spots, pouring concrete shields and burying facilities deep, all while chanting “death to America” and “death to Israel.” Now those defenses are failing under sustained pressure from superior American and Israeli firepower.

China Deploys 42 Ships and Massive Undersea Sensor Network to Prepare for Submarine Warfare Against US Navy

Breaking News : China Deploys 42 Ships and Massive Undersea Sensor Network to Prepare for Submarine Warfare Against US Navy

China has significantly expanded its undersea warfare capabilities by deploying a fleet of 42 specialized vessels alongside a vast network of oceanic sensors, signaling a major strategic push to counter the United States Navy’s submarine dominance.

According to recent reports, these ships are actively engaged in laying and maintaining an extensive array of underwater detection systems across key maritime regions. This network includes seabed-installed sensors, floating monitoring devices, and mobile surveillance platforms designed to track submarine movements with increasing precision. The effort reflects China’s growing focus on anti-submarine warfare, an area historically dominated by the US and its allies.

The deployment is part of a broader initiative to establish a persistent and layered maritime surveillance system. These sensors are capable of detecting acoustic signatures, underwater disturbances, and other indicators associated with submarine activity. By integrating this data into centralized command systems, China aims to enhance its real-time situational awareness beneath the sea surface.

Military analysts note that this expansion could challenge the operational freedom of US submarines, particularly in strategically sensitive areas such as the South China Sea and the Western Pacific. The ability to monitor and potentially track submarines more effectively would reduce the stealth advantage that has long been a cornerstone of US naval power.

The vessels involved are reportedly equipped with advanced oceanographic and surveillance technologies, allowing them to deploy, service, and upgrade these sensor networks continuously. This suggests a long-term commitment to building a resilient and scalable undersea detection infrastructure.

This development highlights an intensifying competition in undersea warfare capabilities, with both nations investing heavily in technologies designed to detect, evade, and counter submarines. As the underwater domain becomes increasingly contested, such moves could have significant implications for future naval strategy and regional security dynamics.

UAE Air Defenses Crush Massive Iranian Missile and Drone Barrage Near Dubai

UAE Air Defenses Crush Massive Iranian Missile and Drone Barrage Near Dubai

UAE forces knocked out 20 Iranian ballistic missiles and 37 drones in a major overnight attack on March 28, 2026, with intercepts lighting up the skies near Dubai airport.

Iran’s regime keeps pouring firepower into the Gulf, part of a reckless escalation that has seen them fire hundreds of missiles and nearly 2,000 drones at the UAE since mid-March. UAE defenses, backed by American-made systems, have stopped the vast majority, but falling debris has caused civilian casualties and damage.

This latest barrage shows Iran’s dangerous pattern of aggression against a stable, prosperous neighbor. While the UAE stands firm protecting its people and sovereignty, the mullahs in Tehran continue risking wider war through reckless proxy attacks and direct strikes.

GOVERNMENT PAPERS CLEAR MUNDUBILE OF ROAD CONTRACTS ALLEGATIONS…it’s a fishing expedition, and a witch-hunt, says SC Chisanga

GOVERNMENT PAPERS CLEAR MUNDUBILE OF ROAD CONTRACTS ALLEGATIONS
…it’s a fishing expedition, and a witch-hunt, says SC Chisanga

By a Correspondent
A dossier of government road contract records has thrown fresh light on the controversy surrounding Hon. Brian Mundubile, the Tonse Alliance presidential aspirant, exonerating him from allegations of graft tied to road works awarded to companies linked to his name.
The documents, spanning several provinces and councils, detail verified inspections and payments that were duly cleared by government engineers and officials.

One letter dated 19 September 2023 from Northern Province principal engineer, Eng. James Musonda confirmed that the 50km Chishamwamba–Njalamimba road in Mporokoso, valued at K3.5 million, was properly executed and recommended for payment.

A second clearance came from Sinda District, where principal engineer Pheston Sikanyika submitted a verified final payment certificate for the 39km Ntongole–Mungomba road, valued at K4.8 million, affirming completion by Mundubile’s companies.

In Kasama, the Town Clerk Moses Mwelwa signed off on the Lukashya–Chumbwa–Musowa road project, worth K9.5 million, noting that inspections by the Department of Engineering Services and the Ministry of Local Government found no objection to the contractor’s claim.
Similarly, in Sioma District, the provincial engineer verified the final account for road maintenance works valued at K772,000, again clearing the contractor for payment.

Despite these official endorsements, the Anti-Corruption Commission questioned Mundubile on 27 March 2026, alleging irregularities in the very projects the government had already signed off.

The move follows his earlier arrest on 19 March, during which his phones were confiscated, fuelling speculation that state agencies are tightening scrutiny as the 13 August polls draw closer.

Mundubile has remained defiant, insisting he will not be cowed from contesting the elections “by hook or crook.”
His counsel, State Counsel George Chisanga, has described the ongoing investigations as a “witch-hunt,” pointing to the clearance papers as evidence of political targeting rather than genuine graft concerns.

THE ZAMBIA WE WANT REGRETS THE LEADERSHIP IT HAS CREATED AS MUHABI DISMISSES ASSERTIONS OF BEING FIRED

THE ZAMBIA WE WANT REGRETS THE LEADERSHIP IT HAS CREATED AS MUHABI DISMISSES ASSERTIONS OF BEING FIRED

“This is not the Zambia we all wanted to build,” Muhabi Lungu.

Dr Auxilia Bupe Ponga, elected Head and Chairperson of the Party, Hon Kapembwa Simbao, elected Flag Bearer and Presidential Candidate and, Muhabi Lungu, elected Secretary General of The Zambia We Want Party (ZWW), CANNOT BE REMOVED, recalled or terminated without recourse to due Constitutional Provisions of the Party.

To act or suggest otherwise is a serious breach of the Party Constitution; a constitution which was unanimously approved in December 2024 and released at a Public Ceremony on 9th February 2025.The Constitution of the Zambia We Want (ZWW) contains no such provision of termination by petition, in which a group of individuals, can design, sign and distribute a petition of termination or recall. No such provision or process exists in the Party Constitution of ZWW.

In addition, the Constitutionally mandated body of the Party, The National Leadership Council (NLC), which runs the party on a day to day basis and in-between Congresses, was never requested for, called or convened to consider such a grave matter, as is being maliciously communicated to the public.

The senior management committee, the National Executive Committee (NEC), which by convention, meets to consider agenda items towards the calling and holding of the NLC was never requested for, called for or met to ever consider such a serious proposition.

Even as it concerns general and regular disciplinary matters, the Constitution of The Zambia We Want is categorical as to the processes to be undertaken in order to uphold the rules of natural justice , equity, fairness and transparency.

None of the aforementioned accused persons had any knowledge of such a process ever taking place or even, being accorded the decency and opportunity, and chance to appear before a Council of their Peers. No pretence, by colleagues to execute a fair exercise based on rules of natural justice toward the accused answering to any charge; in this case, a series of false accusations such as those contained in the illegal petition.

None of the prescribed procedures were followed because the petitioners are aware that the vast majority of party members and their NLC are in full support of its Chairperson and the President. That, such a process, if it was made legitimate would never have had the chance of taking off. This is not the Zambia we all wanted to build. Such behavior was not what was envisioned at the initiation of this great endeavour, just two years ago.

Unfortunately, it would appear that this is an act of mischief by several disgruntled members of the party who have lent themselves to being used by known state elements, hiding behind a smoke screen.

The Zambia We Want Party, was by design, established as a rules based organization, steeped within a set of rules, regulations and processes. No single individual operating at the whims of their feelings and or in tandem with his/her cohorts have the right nor the privilege of undertaking actions outside the institutionalized process.

I have issued this polite preliminary statement in order to inform the public that the three elected office bearers are currently the only legitimate Office Bearers and shall remain so, until any such action in conformity with the constitution is followed. Attached is the Constitution of ZWW, for ease of reference and for those with sufficient time and interest to read it.

In a few days time, a legitimately constituted NEC meeting has been will be held as scheduled. Subsequently, a comprehensive response to the petitioners will be written and forwarded to them as individuals; the vast majority of whom have not participated in any Party activities since their preferred Presidential Candidate lost elections in October 2025. Thereafter, this comprehensive response will be shared to the general public, since the petitioners themselves, obviously intended to escalate this matter to the general public; although this action is in breach of our constitutional provision for all forms of disputes and arbitration to be exhausted within the Party, before resorting to the Courts and the general Public.

Finally, and due to the nature of possible intended damage directed towards ZWW and its Alliance Parters, I am making arrangements to appear on any TV and Radio stations, to further delve into greater detail as to the genesis of this matter. It is my hope and prayer that those stations who believe in truth and natural justice will accord me the opportunity to explain and put this matter in its correct perspective and context.

Thanking you all for your attention and patience.

MUHABI LUNGU
SECRETARY GENERAL
The Zambia We Want (ZWW)

U.S. Moves to Deploy USS George H.W. Bush to Middle East, Expanding Military Presence Amid Intensifying Conflict

U.S. Moves to Deploy USS George H.W. Bush to Middle East, Expanding Military Presence Amid Intensifying Conflict

The United States is preparing to deploy the aircraft carrier USS George H.W. Bush to the Middle East, according to multiple local media reports citing informed sources, signaling a potential escalation in its ongoing military confrontation with Iran.

The move comes as U.S. forces are already heavily engaged in the region, with two carrier strike groups — USS Gerald R. Ford and USS Abraham Lincoln — currently operating in the theater. It remains unclear whether the incoming carrier will reinforce existing operations or rotate with deployed assets.

The additional deployment reflects growing military pressure in the region, as Washington weighs multiple strategic options. Reports indicate that President Donald Trump is actively considering further military measures, raising concerns over a possible expansion of the conflict.

Despite ongoing claims from the White House that diplomatic channels with Iran remain open, the status of negotiations appears highly uncertain, with no clear signs of de-escalation on the ground.

The situation underscores a deepening standoff, where simultaneous military buildup and fragile diplomacy continue to shape an increasingly volatile trajectory.

World’s Largest Aircraft Carrier USS Gerald R. Ford Pulls Back to Croatia for Repairs After Months of Intense Operations

🇺🇸🇭🇷 BREAKING: World’s Largest Aircraft Carrier USS Gerald R. Ford Pulls Back to Croatia for Repairs After Months of Intense Operations

The United States has temporarily withdrawn its most advanced aircraft carrier, USS Gerald R. Ford, from active operations near Iran, docking in Split, Croatia, for scheduled maintenance following nearly nine months of continuous deployment.

According to a statement from the U.S. Embassy in Croatia, the stop is part of a routine port visit and maintenance cycle. However, reports indicate the vessel has faced multiple operational challenges after prolonged missions at sea.

Among the issues was a fire in the ship’s laundry compartment on March 12, which injured two crew members and damaged over 100 berths. The carrier had previously made a stop at a U.S. base in Crete, Greece, for initial repairs.

Additional reports from U.S. media highlight persistent technical problems, including repeated malfunctions in the ship’s sanitation system, forcing crew members to endure extended wait times for basic facilities.

Despite its status as the largest and most technologically advanced aircraft carrier in the world, the temporary withdrawal of USS Gerald R. Ford creates a notable operational gap, leaving USS Abraham Lincoln as the primary carrier currently positioned for missions in the region.

The development raises questions over operational sustainability, as prolonged deployments begin to test even the most advanced military assets amid escalating regional tensions.

Qatar–Ukraine Sign Defense Pact, Expanding Missile Defense and Drone Cooperation

🇶🇦🇺🇦 BREAKING: Qatar–Ukraine Sign Defense Pact, Expanding Missile Defense and Drone Cooperation

Qatar and Ukraine have officially signed a defense agreement aimed at strengthening joint air defense capabilities, marking a significant shift in regional security dynamics.

According to a statement from Qatar’s Ministry of Defense, the deal includes cooperation in technology development, joint investment, and the exchange of expertise in missile defense systems and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

The agreement was signed during Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s visit to Doha, where he met with Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani. The move signals a deepening military partnership between the two nations at a time of rising global tensions.

Ukraine’s battlefield experience  particularly in countering Iranian-made drones during the war with Russia  is seen as a key asset in this cooperation, potentially enhancing Qatar’s defensive posture.

Qatar’s decision carries strategic weight, as the country has traditionally positioned itself as a neutral mediator between Iran and Western powers. This shift toward direct military collaboration suggests growing concerns over regional security stability in the الخليج (Gulf) region.

The development highlights a broader trend: even traditional intermediaries are now recalibrating their stance, as threats evolve and confidence in regional security frameworks begins to erode.

Trump is HUMILIATED as MASSIVE “No Kings” protests sweep America, with millions taking to the streets to reject his authoritarian agenda!

BREAKING: Trump is HUMILIATED as MASSIVE “No Kings” protests sweep America, with millions taking to the streets to reject his authoritarian agenda!

From coast to coast, Americans are rising up today in the “No Kings” protests in one of the largest coordinated days of political action in U.S. history.

More than 3,200 events are in progress in cities and small towns across all 50 states, as Americans collectively oppose Trump’s war in Iran, mass deportations, attacks on democracy, and authoritarian overreach.

People of all ages and races are packed in streets with handmade signs and some in original costumes, chanting slogans as passing cars beep their horns in solidarity.   In Washington DC, an estimated 200,000 people are gathered near the capital.

In New York City, Hollywood legend Robert De Niro marched alongside Rev. Al Sharpton and New York Attorney General Letitia James through midtown Manhattan to lead the rally, which has attracted more than 300,000 people.

In Minnesota, the flagship rally in St. Paul has drawn up to 100,000 people, including Bruce Springsteen who will perform his new song “Streets of Minneapolis,” a song written after the deaths of Renee Nicole Good and Alex Pretti.

More than 92,000 have come out in Athens, Georgia, 25,000 in San Diego, 20,,000 in Kansas City, and 15,000 in Houston, Texas.

In Hagerstown, a city of 40,000 in a deep-red patch of Maryland, more than 1,000 sign-bearing and costumed protesters showed up at an intersection in the center of town. Representatives for the state’s representatives gave speeches as did the Coalition to Stop the Camps, which is fiercely fighting a planned ICE detention center just outside the city.

This is the third No Kings Day, which follows earlier nationwide rallies in June and October of 2025.  Today is by far the largest, with the anger towards Trump and his regime spreading across capital cities the world over, calling for an end to Trump’s authoritarian overreach, heartless immigration policies, and deadly, ill-conceived military adventures overseas.

In the United Kingdom, Italy, France, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, Greece, Spain, Belgium, Mexico, Japan, and Australia, protesters marched the streets carrying signs blasting Trump and his war with Iran.

About 500,000 people gathered in London today in what was expected to be the biggest multicultural march in UK history.

If the worldwide “No Kings” protests, with millions standing up against Trump’s agenda, give you hope and strength, like and share.

Iam in charge of PF and I am in charge of Lugwalo. And I will be in charge until I don’t perform well in 2028 – Robert Chabinga

Chabinga Declares Himself Legitimate PF President

By Honester Mshoka

Leader of the Opposition and Patriotic Front (PF) faction President, Robert Chabinga, has declared himself the legitimate President of the PF.

Mr. Chabinga stated that the party remains in alliance with President Hakainde Hichilema and reaffirmed that Miles Sampa remains expelled from the party and currently holds no position within the PF.

Speaking during a press briefing in Lusaka today, Mr. Chabinga said he will continue supporting President Hichilema’s development agenda, which has been implemented since 2021. He cited progress in areas such as improved access to mining opportunities, growth in the tourism sector, debt restructuring efforts, increased Constituency Development Fund (CDF) allocations, and reduced inflation from double-digit to single-digit levels.

He stressed that he is not ashamed to be associated with President Hichilema, noting that the current government has delivered tangible development for Zambia.

Mr. Chabinga further expressed concern over misleading statements on party matters, including reports from some sections of the media.

“You Resigned—Respect the Law,” Mudolo Tells Makebi Zulu in Explosive PF Fallout

“You Resigned—Respect the Law,” Mudolo Tells Makebi Zulu in Explosive PF Fallout

PF presidential hopeful Willah Mudolo has launched a scathing attack on lawyer Makebi Zulu, accusing him of “masquerading” as a party leader and urging him to respect the rule of law following a decisive High Court ruling.

Mudolo drew a sharp parallel, stating that Zulu’s position mirrors that of Brian Mundubile—arguing both effectively removed themselves from the Patriotic Front by participating in processes deemed inconsistent with the party constitution. “Just as Mundubile’s actions amounted to a voluntary exit, the same applies to Makebi Zulu,” he asserted.

His remarks come in the wake of a landmark judgment affirming the legality of the October 24, 2023 PF convention organized by Miles Sampa—an outcome that effectively recognizes Robert Chabinga as the legitimate party president.

According to Mudolo, the court has now spoken “clearly and conclusively,” putting to rest months of internal turmoil. He stressed that the ruling validates the circumstances under which the convention was held and cannot be undone by “speculation or parallel structures.”

He called on party members to move beyond internal wrangles and refocus on rebuilding the PF, warning that continued defiance of the judgment risks further destabilizing the party.

“I strongly urge Honorable Makebi Zulu and his team to stop masquerading as PF leadership and respect the rule of law—something he is trained and duty-bound to uphold,” Mudolo said. “His resignation was a conscious and deliberate act.”

Mudolo further cautioned that any provincial leaders aligning themselves with unconstitutional activities risk being deemed to have resigned as well.

He also appealed to Acting President Miles Sampa to ensure that all members who participated in what he termed the “No Name Conference” respect the court’s decision and refrain from undermining its authority.

Last weekend, Zulu and his allies reportedly held a clandestine elective convention, claiming to have elected him as PF president. However, Mudolo insists that by doing so outside the party’s constitutional framework, Zulu effectively disqualified himself—just as the party previously ruled in similar cases.

“If the party is to stand for anything,” Mudolo concluded, “it must apply its rules consistently—without fear or favor.”

WHERE DOES THE LUSAKA HIGH COURT JUDGMENT LEAVE THE CONVENTION THAT ELECTED MAKEBI ZULU?

By Mwanza Isaac

WHERE DOES THE LUSAKA HIGH COURT JUDGMENT LEAVE THE CONVENTION THAT ELECTED MAKEBI ZULU?

The ongoing leadership dispute within the Patriotic Front (PF) has produced a complex trail of litigation across several courts. Yet when the various rulings are examined together, a striking legal reality emerges:

In trying to navigate the politics and the law, the court processes have reinforced the legitimacy of Miles Sampa as President of the Patriotic Front. One unavoidable legal question also emerges: where does the recent judgment of the Lusaka High Court leave the convention that purportedly elected Makebi Zulu?

At present, Robert Muchintha Chabinga and Morgan Ng’ona largely rely on an interim order obtained from the Court of Appeal of Zambia restraining Sampa from altering the list of PF office bearers. This interim relief has temporarily preserved their position in the party’s official records. However, it does not endorse Chabinga as legitimate leader of the PF.

To understand the legal posture of the dispute, it is necessary to revisit the sequence of events.

On 23 October 2023, Miles Sampa convened a Patriotic Front convention at which he was elected President. Following the convention, he appointed Morgan Ng’ona as Secretary General and Robert Chabinga as a member of the Central Committee.

This convention, however, was rejected by a faction aligned with the late former President Edgar Lungu, which included senior party figures such as Given Lubinda and others. The internal dispute soon spilled into the courts.

Subsequently, Ronald Chitotela and other 8 MPs challenged the leadership question before the Constitutional Court of Zambia. On 27 June 2024, the Court dismissed the matter for want of jurisdiction. The practical consequence of that decision was that the Court declined to interfere with the leadership arrangement that had emerged from the October 2023 convention, leaving Sampa in office.

Shortly thereafter, the internal conflict escalated. On 28 June 2024, Sampa dismissed Morgan Ng’ona from the position of Secretary General. Two days later, on 30 June 2024, he dissolved the Central Committee and removed Robert Chabinga and other members whom he had previously appointed.

In response, the dissolved Central Committee purported to expel Sampa from the party on 3 July 2024 and attempted to install Chabinga as President. Chabinga and Ng’ona subsequently requested the Registrar of Societies to remove Sampa from the official list of PF office bearers.

Litigation followed immediately.

Ng’ona challenged Sampa’s decision to dissolve the Central Committee and to dismiss him as Secretary General, while Sampa in turn challenged the purported expulsion effected by the dissolved Central Committee. Both matters were later dismissed by the Lusaka High Court.

Ng’ona also petitioned the Constitutional Court of Zambia seeking to have the Matero parliamentary seat held by Sampa declared vacant on the basis that he had allegedly been expelled from the PF. The Court declined to grant the relief sought. In doing so, it noted that the broader dispute surrounding the PF presidency was already before the courts and also recognised that Sampa had himself dissolved the Central Committee — a decision that Ng’ona had already challenged before the High Court.

Meanwhile, PF Members of Parliament separately challenged the legality of the convention that had elected Sampa as President. That matter proceeded to hearing before the Lusaka High Court, which ultimately upheld the validity of the convention.

It is this particular decision that has significant legal implications.

By validating the convention that elected Sampa, the High Court effectively confirmed the legal foundation upon which his presidency rests. The ruling does not merely resolve a procedural challenge; it affirms the legitimacy of the very process through which Sampa assumed the leadership of the PF.

At one point when Chabinga was attempting to join one matter in the High Court as PF President, the Court refused to grant Chabinga for lack of locus.

Seen against the backdrop of the other court decisions, including the Constitutional Court’s refusal to intervene and the High Court’s dismissal of challenges relating to the dissolution of the Central Committee, the cumulative effect is difficult to ignore. The courts have repeatedly declined to displace Sampa from the leadership position that emerged from the October 2023 convention.

There are, however, further unintended legal consequences arising from these rulings. One of them is that, as matters stand, no other faction within the PF could lawfully organise a convention to elect new leaders of the party. In principle, the authority to convene such a convention would rest with the recognised leadership of the party. If the courts have effectively validated the convention that elected Miles Sampa and have not displaced him from office, then the legal authority to convene a lawful convention would logically remain with him.

For now, the only remaining legal shield sustaining the competing claims of Chabinga and Ng’ona is the interim order of the Court of Appeal preventing changes to the list of office bearers. That order, however, is purely temporary and does not settle the underlying leadership dispute.

The recent judgment also has implications on the subsequent political developments within the party. For instance, the convention at which Makebi Zulu was reportedly elected under the leadership of Given Lubinda would face serious questions of legality within this framework. If only Miles Sampa is presently recognised as PF President in law, then any convention convened outside that authority may struggle to meet the threshold of legality.

This creates a difficult legal position for the convention that purportedly elected Makebi Zulu under the leadership of Given Lubinda. If the authority to convene a convention lies with the recognised party president, then a convention organised outside that authority may struggle to satisfy the requirements of legality within the party’s constitutional framework.

Again, Robert Chabinga and Morgan Ng’ona rely largely on an interim order obtained from the Court of Appeal of Zambia restraining Sampa from altering the list of PF office bearers. However, that order is temporary and does not determine the substantive leadership dispute.

When the Court of Appeal eventually hears the matter, it will be confronted with a legal landscape already shaped by several court decisions. Taken together, those decisions appear to have produced an unintended but consequential outcome: they have strengthened the legal standing of Miles Sampa’s presidency and, by implication, raised serious questions about the validity of any parallel convention held outside that authority.

THE COURT DIDNT DECLARE THE MILES SAMPA CONVENTION ILLEGAL BUT NEITHER DID IT DECLARE HIM LEGALLY ELECTED PF PRESIDENT – Kellys Kaunda

By Kellys Kaunda

THE COURT DIDNT DECLARE THE MILES SAMPA CONVENTION ILLEGAL BUT NEITHER DID IT DECLARE HIM LEGALLY ELECTED PF PRESIDENT

The High Court said it was not furnished with any evidence to prove that the number of delegates did not meet the threshold as defined by the PF constitution.

There were no photos, video or register produced.

At the time of the convention in question, the number of central committee members was 25 instead of 30, the number stipulated in the PF constitution.

Only a Central Committee of this number can legally call for a convention.

Furthermore, both the Party President and the Secretary General who could have called a convention had resigned.

Such a Central Committee, the court found, could not legally call for a convention.

The court observed that the PF constitution has no provision to guide how a convention must be called under such circumstances.

The MCCs and MPs who knew were delegates chose not to attend even if they knew it was taking place.

This fulfilled part of the PF constitution that requires notification.

Remember the golden rule: he that alleges must prove. The burden to prove the illegal nature of the convention lay on the shoulders of the plaintiffs and not on the defendant, Miles Sampa.

Remember, the absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. The convention may have been illegal after all.

The plaintiffs are free to appeal the judgment.

In essence, the court dismissed the prayer of the plaintiffs to declare the Miles Sampa Convention as illegal.

But the court did not in the same breath declare Miles Sampa’s convention as legal because it didnt have satisfactory evidence to do this.

Is it right then to conclude that by way of inference or implication, the court declared the convention as legal and Miles Sampa as the legally elected President of the PF?

In my opinion, inference or implied meaning is not legally binding. The PF Presidency remains a mystery.

Given the short period leading up to election time, this whole PF saga must just be shunted to where the sun doesn’t shine and a different pathway charted. This is a poisoned chalice.

Mnangagwa term extension ConCourt challenge, AG seeks dismissal case

Attorney-General Virginia Mabiza has filed an application at the Constitutional Court seeking the dismissal of a legal challenge against proposed constitutional amendments that could extend President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s term of office.

The application was brought by six war veterans – Reuben Zulu, Godfrey Gurira, Shoorai Nyamangodo, Joseph Chinyangare, Digmore Knowledge Ndiya and Joseph Chinguwa – who are contesting the constitutionality of the proposed Constitutional Amendment No. 3 Bill.

In her opposing affidavit, Mabiza argued that the application is premature and speculative, as the Bill in question has not yet been enacted into law.

“If applicants believe that the proposed Constitutional Amendment Bill is unconstitutional, as they allege, they should participate in these consultations and/or submit their written objections and proposals before Parliament,” she said.

She added that the applicants would retain the right to challenge the law after its enactment, should their concerns not be addressed during the legislative process.

Mabiza further raised concerns over the doctrine of separation of powers, warning against judicial interference in Parliament’s law-making role.

“The legislative process must be allowed to take its course,” she submitted.

“Applicants misread the jurisdiction of this honourable court to pronounce on proposed legislation and to interfere with law-making processes.”

She also stated that the President does not have a constitutional obligation to assess the legality of proposed laws, arguing that such responsibility lies with the courts.

However, lead applicant Reuben Zulu, represented by constitutional lawyer Lovemore Madhuku, insisted that the case is not premature, arguing that it targets the President’s conduct rather than a future law.

Zulu contended that Mnangagwa had already breached the Constitution by participating in processes advancing amendments that could potentially benefit him personally.

“The complaint is that the first respondent has already failed to defend the Constitution by presiding over and being party to the Executive advancement of the impugned scheme,” Zulu said.

He argued that the alleged violation arose when the President supported the proposed amendments through Cabinet processes, despite constitutional provisions that prohibit self-serving extensions of tenure.

Zulu further maintained that Mnangagwa should have recused himself from the process.

“What was impermissible was not some failure to police Parliament, but personal participation in advancing through Executive authority a scheme from which he stood to benefit,” he added.

Notably, Mnangagwa – cited as the first respondent – has not filed opposing papers in the matter.

Zulu argued that this absence suggests the President may not be contesting the application.

“The failure of the first respondent to file an opposing affidavit… means that he is not opposed to the relief sought,” he said.

At the centre of the dispute are constitutional provisions that limit presidential term extensions, particularly safeguards designed to prevent incumbents from altering the law to prolong their stay in office.

The case is expected to test the boundaries between executive conduct, legislative authority, and judicial oversight, with significant implications for Zimbabwe’s constitutional order.

Zimbabwe emerges as SADC’s second largest economy

Zimbabwe’s economy has been officially rebased to an estimated US$52,4 billion for 2025, positioning the country as the second-largest economy in Southern Africa after South Africa.

The revised figures, released by Zimbabwe National Statistics Agency, follow a comprehensive economic census conducted in 2023 that captured previously underreported sectors, particularly the informal economy.

Treasury, under Permanent Secretary George Guvamatanga, now operates on a significantly improved fiscal footing, with the debt-to-GDP ratio dropping to 45% from about 60% under the previous measurement framework.

Finance Minister Mthuli Ncube said the updated figures also push Zimbabwe’s gross national income per capita to approximately US$3 200, strengthening the country’s trajectory towards its Vision 2030 targets.

The rebasing exercise revised GDP to US$44,5 billion for 2023 and US$45,7 billion for 2024, with 2025 projections anchored on 6,6% real economic growth. This expansion has been driven by a strong rebound in agriculture, which grew by 24%, alongside mining growth of 7,3% and manufacturing gains of 4,2%.

According to the International Monetary Fund, Zimbabwe’s economy is independently estimated at US$53,3 billion, closely aligning with the new official figures. The World Bank has also endorsed the growth trajectory, projecting a 5% expansion in 2026 and noting that Zimbabwe is outperforming several sub-Saharan African peers.

The updated data reshapes Zimbabwe’s position in the region, placing it ahead of economies such as Zambia (US$28,9 billion), Mozambique (US$23,8 billion), Botswana (US$19,4 billion), Namibia (US$14,2 billion) and Malawi (US$14 billion).

Economists say the rebasing corrects a long-standing underestimation of Zimbabwe’s economy, which had been benchmarked to a 2012 base year. Over the past decade, structural changes — particularly the rapid expansion of the informal sector — were not fully reflected in national accounts.

The informal economy alone is now estimated to generate about US$14,2 billion annually, with thousands of businesses that emerged after 2019 only recently incorporated into official statistics.

The revision also has major implications for debt sustainability. Under the new framework, Zimbabwe’s approximately US$23 billion debt burden appears more manageable relative to the expanded GDP base, strengthening its case in ongoing arrears clearance discussions under the Structured Dialogue Platform.

International comparisons highlight the significance of crossing the US$50 billion threshold. Economies such as Vietnam and South Korea experienced accelerated growth after reaching similar milestones, though analysts caution that sustained reforms will be key to replicating such trajectories.

Experts warn that rebasing alone does not guarantee long-term gains. Countries like Nigeria and Ghana saw limited lasting benefits following similar exercises, underscoring the need for continued fiscal discipline and structural reforms.

Zimbabwe’s current advantage, analysts say, lies in aligning the rebasing with broader macroeconomic stabilisation efforts, including lower inflation, improved fiscal balances, and stronger agricultural output.

Attention is now turning to revenue mobilisation. With revenues currently at around 15% of GDP, aligning with regional averages could unlock an additional US$780 million annually without increasing tax rates.

Economists say the rebasing marks not the creation of a larger economy, but the recognition of one that had long been underestimated.

“Zimbabwe did not become a US$50 billion economy this year,” one analyst noted. “It became one years ago — the statistics have finally caught up.”

Iran Strikes U.S. Base in Saudi Arabia, At Least 12 American Troops Injured

Iran Strikes U.S. Base in Saudi Arabia, At Least 12 American Troops Injured

Regional tensions escalated sharply after reports that Iran launched a missile and drone attack targeting a U.S. military installation in Saudi Arabia.

According to international reports, the strike hit Prince Sultan Air Base in Al-Kharj, central Saudi Arabia, injuring at least 12 American personnel stationed at the facility. Several KC-135 Stratotanker aircraft were also reported damaged.

The U.S. military has not issued an official confirmation or detailed response. Saudi authorities stated that air defense systems are actively intercepting incoming threats, as multiple missiles and drones were reportedly launched from Iranian territory.

The attack marks a direct escalation, with U.S. forces targeted inside Saudi Arabia. Analysts warn this could significantly increase the risk of a wider regional conflict as tensions continue to rise without signs of de-escalation.

Since the outbreak of hostilities on February 28, at least 13 American troops have been killed and more than 300 wounded across operations in the region.

This is no longer indirect confrontation it is direct engagement.

With U.S. forces now under attack on allied territory, the threshold toward a broader war is becoming increasingly fragile.

Trump Makes Blunt Remarks on Saudi Crown Prince MBS at Miami Investment Forum: “He Didn’t Think He’d Be Kissing My Ass… Now He Has to Be Nice to Me”

Breaking News : Trump Makes Blunt Remarks on Saudi Crown Prince MBS at Miami Investment Forum: “He Didn’t Think He’d Be Kissing My Ass… Now He Has to Be Nice to Me”

In a candid and characteristically unfiltered speech today at a Saudi-backed investment forum in Miami, U.S. President Donald Trump directly addressed Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS), claiming the Saudi leadership had underestimated him and is now forced to show greater deference to the United States.

Trump stated:
“He didn’t think he would be kissing my ass. He really didn’t. He thought [I’d] be just another American president that was a loser with a country that is going downhill. But now he has to be nice to me. You tell him to be nice to me… He better be nice to me.”

The remarks came amid Trump’s broader comments touting U.S. successes in the Iran conflict and signaling potential future policy shifts, including toward Cuba. He referenced private meetings with Saudi leaders where he said they expressed surprise at America’s renewed strength.

The comments have sparked widespread discussion online, with video clips of the speech going viral.

U.S. Intelligence Assesses Only One-Third of Iran’s Missile Arsenal Confirmed Destroyed After Nearly One Month of U.S.-Israeli Campaign

Breaking News : U.S. Intelligence Assesses Only One-Third of Iran’s Missile Arsenal Confirmed Destroyed After Nearly One Month of U.S.-Israeli Campaign

WASHINGTON — Despite sustained U.S. and Israeli airstrikes, American intelligence can confirm with high certainty the destruction of only about one-third of Iran’s pre-war ballistic missile and drone arsenal, according to multiple sources familiar with the latest assessments.

The status of another third remains unclear, with officials believing many of those missiles were likely damaged, destroyed, or buried deep in hardened underground tunnels and bunkers. Iran is assessed to retain a significant remaining inventory, and may be able to recover or restore some of the affected weapons once active fighting subsides. A similar picture applies to Iran’s drone capabilities.

This Reuters exclusive, published on March 27, 2026, and corroborated by outlets including The Times of Israel, NPR, CNBC, Middle East Eye, and Times of India, provides the clearest internal U.S. snapshot yet of the campaign’s impact as it approaches the one-month mark.

Israeli officials have separately reported neutralizing a large share of Iran’s mobile missile launchers estimates suggest around 60-70% of known launch capacity which has impaired Iran’s ability to conduct large-scale barrages. Strikes have also targeted production facilities, storage sites, and supporting infrastructure.

However, the intelligence highlights the challenges of fully degrading a dispersed, underground-reliant missile program in a relatively short timeframe. Iran has continued limited missile and drone launches during the conflict, though at reduced volumes compared to initial phases.

The assessment contrasts with more optimistic public statements from the Trump administration regarding the extent of damage to Iran’s missile capabilities.

DEFECTIONS OF MP’S AND MAYORS HAILED AS STRATEGIC BOOST FOR UPND

DEFECTIONS OF MP’S AND MAYORS HAILED AS STRATEGIC BOOST FOR UPND

Governance and Development Advocates Zambia (GODAZA) has stated that the defection of members of Parliament and City Mayors Mwaya Mpasa and George Mwanza to the United Party for National Development (UPND) is a significant political gain for President Hakainde Hichilema ahead of the 2026 elections.

GODAZA Executive Director Elias Mulenga emphasised that the move demonstrates growing confidence in President Hakainde Hichilema’s leadership.

Mulenga observed that MP Katambo and Mpasa’s decision is rooted in UPND’s developmental agenda that reflects the appeal of policies such as free education and increased Constituency Development Fund allocations.

The GODAZA Chief Lhighlighted that Mwanza’s alignment with UPND was influenced by government support for local development projects in Chipata.

Mulenga underscored that these defections represent a strategic gain for UPND, particularly in regions where the Patriotic Front has traditionally held influence.

He pointed out that the ruling party is steadily consolidating grassroots mobilisation, thereby strengthening its electoral prospects.

Mulenga noted that internal divisions within the opposition political parties have created openings that UPND is capitalising on.

The GODAZA leader stressed that such developments weaken opposition strongholds and enhance the ruling party’s reach.

Mulenga affirmed that the defections illustrate the daily rise in President Hichilema’s popularity across the country.

He remarked that this momentum is positioning UPND favourably to secure a commanding victory in the 2026 elections.

Mulenga has called on the UPND to keep the door open for people who want to work with President Hichilema to develop Zambia to consider them and put political differences aside .

We can’t keep on paying for Zanu PF sins- Mmusi Maimane

South African opposition politician Mmusi Maimane says South Africa must stop “paying for the sins of Zanu PF”, arguing that Zimbabwe’s ongoing political and economic crisis continues to fuel migration into the neighbouring country.

Maimane said defending Zimbabwe’s Constitution is essential to preventing a regional catastrophe.

“As South Africa, we must be aware that the longer there is a brutal dictatorship in Zimbabwe, the longer we will not be able to deal with the immigration crisis in South Africa,” he said.

“We pay the price for the sins of Zanu PF. We pay in healthcare costs, policing costs and in social tensions.”

He said South Africans did not choose this burden, but the ANC government had forced the country into a long‑term political alliance with Zanu PF.

“We did not choose this. Unfortunately, the ANC has forced us to pay this hefty multi‑generational bill by giving family status to one of the worst political parties in Africa. We cannot be ‘forever yena’ with Zanu PF.”

Maimane said South Africa should cut all ties with Zanu PF.

“We can’t endorse forever presidents and family dynasties – be it Museveni, Mugabe or Mnangagwa,” he said. “They are all the same version of unscrupulous tyrants decimating Africa. ‘iAfrica mayibuye’ was not a call for some families to rule in perpetuity. It was for inclusive and fair democratic forms of self‑determination.”

He added that if Zanu PF were to fall, many undocumented Zimbabwean migrants would return home – just as Mozambicans would return if Frelimo were removed from power.

“We must not encourage or endorse any actions which worsen democracy in SADC and in Africa. Especially when we will pay the price,” he said.

Israel Hits Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant for Third Time in 10 Days, Raising Escalation Risks

BREAKING: Israel Hits Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant for Third Time in 10 Days, Raising Escalation Risks

Iran’s Bushehr nuclear power plant has been struck for the third time within just 10 days, according to a statement from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), citing information provided by Iranian authorities.

The facility, located in southern Iran and known as the Middle East’s first civilian nuclear power plant, was reportedly targeted again by Israeli forces. Initial assessments indicate no radioactive leakage or direct damage to the reactor itself.

The repeated strikes come amid a broader Israeli campaign targeting Iran’s nuclear-related infrastructure. Earlier, Israel confirmed attacks on the Arak heavy water reactor  identified as a potential plutonium source  as well as a uranium processing facility in Yazd, both considered key elements in Iran’s nuclear program.

Iranian media had previously reported joint U.S.-Israeli operations against the Khondab site, associated with the Arak complex, while maintaining that no casualties or radiation incidents occurred.

The continued targeting of nuclear facilities  including repeated strikes on Bushehr  underscores a sharpening focus on high-value strategic assets, raising concerns over miscalculation and the potential for a wider and more dangerous phase of the conflict.

‘Houthis’ Enter the War, Launch First Wave of Missiles Targeting Israel, Signaling Further Escalation

‘Houthis’ Enter the War, Launch First Wave of Missiles Targeting Israel, Signaling Further Escalation

Yemen’s Houthi armed group has officially announced the launch of military operations against Israel, marking a significant expansion of the ongoing regional conflict.

Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Saree confirmed that multiple missiles were fired toward Israeli military targets, describing the strike as a show of support for Iran amid intensifying hostilities.

In an official statement, the group warned it would not remain silent over the destruction of energy infrastructure and civilian lives across Muslim nations. The attack, it said, represents only the beginning of a broader campaign that could escalate further if fighting involving Iran continues.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have not yet released details regarding damage assessments or the number of incoming missiles intercepted.

The development raises concerns over a widening conflict footprint, as additional actors signal readiness to engage, potentially reshaping the scale and trajectory of the war.

Trump Jokes Darkly During Speech   “Cuba Is the Next Target,” Before Urging Media to Ignore Remark

Trump Jokes Darkly During Speech   “Cuba Is the Next Target,” Before Urging Media to Ignore Remark

U.S. President Donald Trump sparked fresh controversy during a speech at the Future Investment Initiative (FII) conference in Miami, Florida, after suggesting that Cuba could be the next potential target of U.S. military action.

Speaking before an audience of investors and officials, Trump remarked, “Cuba is next. You can get ready for it… well, actually, just pretend I didn’t say that  media, please forget that line.”

While delivered in a seemingly joking tone, the comment quickly drew attention given the broader geopolitical context, as the United States continues to project military influence across multiple regions. Observers noted that even informal remarks from a sitting president can carry strategic weight.

The statement may also be interpreted as a signal directed toward Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel, amid ongoing tensions surrounding political and economic policies. Some analysts suggest it reflects mounting pressure on Havana, though no official policy shift has been announced.

The remarks come at a time of heightened global sensitivity, raising questions over whether rhetoric  even framed as humor  could further complicate an already fragile international landscape.

Trump Considers Pulling 35,000 U.S. Troops from Germany in Major NATO Shake-Up

📰 Breaking News : Trump Considers Pulling 35,000 U.S. Troops from Germany in Major NATO Shake-Up

President Donald Trump is reportedly weighing a significant withdrawal of approximately 35,000 American troops stationed in Germany, with discussions underway about redeploying some forces to central and eastern Europe.

The move is driven by long-standing frustrations over NATO allies’ defense spending and a renewed push for “America First” priorities in Europe.

This development echoes similar considerations from Trump’s first term and could dramatically reshape U.S. military posture on the continent, affecting key bases and long-standing alliances.

Breaking News : Iranian Strike Hits U.S. Forces at Saudi Arabia’s Prince Sultan Air Base, Damaging E-3 Sentry AWACS and Multiple Refueling Aircraft

In a significant escalation of the ongoing U.S.-Iran conflict, Iran launched a missile and drone attack on Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) in Saudi Arabia on March 27, 2026.

The strike wounded at least 10 U.S. service members two of them seriously and caused damage to multiple U.S. Air Force KC-135 Stratotanker refueling aircraft as well as an E-3 Sentry AWACS airborne command-and-control plane.

According to preliminary assessments, an Iranian missile struck a building housing U.S. personnel, while additional impacts hit the base’s flight line where aircraft were parked. The E-3 Sentry, a high-value surveillance and battle-management asset, sustained notable damage, though full details on the extent of repairs needed remain under assessment.

This marks the latest direct Iranian retaliation against U.S. forward bases supporting operations in the Gulf region.

THE ZAMBIA WE WANT PARTY FIRES ITS NEWLY ELECTED PRESIDENT KAPEMBWA SIMBAO, SG MUHABI LUNGU AND CHAIRPERSON AUXILIA PONGA

🇿🇲 BRIEFING | Zambia We Want Party Expels Top Leadership Days After Election

The Zambia We Want (ZWW) Party has expelled its newly elected leadership, triggering fresh instability within the opposition space just days after internal elections.

In a notice dated March 21, 2026, the party’s National Leadership Council declared that it had “moved a vote of no confidence in your leadership” against Party President Kapembwa Simbao, Secretary General Muhabi Lungu, and Chairperson Auxilia Ponga. The council further stated that following their actions, “you have terminated your membership from the Zambia We Want Party.”

At the centre of the fallout are allegations of indiscipline and breach of party procedure. The statement accuses the trio of “joining another political grouping without authorization”, a move the party says violates its constitution and undermines internal authority structures.

The leadership council also cited operational failures. According to the statement, the officials failed “to mobilize the Party from the time of elections… despite having made promises that you would mobilise membership in Lusaka and Copperbelt once elected.” This, the party argues, contributed to weakening its political footing at a critical time.

https://youtu.be/MyK8NgafFZ8?si=HasyxLeNWGWrPvyz

Further, the document points to unauthorized alliances, stating that the officials engaged in political partnerships “without the NLC sanction or determination of any Terms and Conditions,” actions said to have diverted party resources and damaged internal cohesion.

On governance, the tone becomes sharper. The council accuses the leadership of breaching core principles, noting “breach of the core values of Accountability, Team Leadership and Loyalty to the Party Constitution,” and adds that no proper reports were submitted on key decisions.

The conclusion is decisive. The party states that the three officials “have ceased to be members of the Zambia We Want Party from the day you joined another political party,” and has since moved to organise fresh elections to fill the vacant positions.

This episode reinforces a growing pattern across Zambia’s opposition landscape. Internal disputes are no longer contained. They are public, rapid, and often self-destructive. When leadership is elected and removed within days, the issue is no longer individuals. It is institutional weakness.

For voters, the signal is clear. Stability inside a party is now becoming as important as the message it carries.
